Return & Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order with Almune. By completing a purchase on www.myalmune.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
1. Our Policy — No Returns
All Almune products are health and wellness supplements intended for personal consumption. For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, including change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with results.
All sales are final.
2. The Only Two Exceptions
We will issue a refund exclusively in the following two situations:
Exception 1 — Broken or tampered seal
If your product arrives with its factory seal visibly broken, punctured, or tampered with, you are entitled to a full refund. The seal on every Almune product is our guarantee of quality and safety. A compromised seal means the product has not reached you in the condition we intended, and we take full responsibility for that.
Exception 2 — Wrong product delivered
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered — for example, you ordered Marine Collagen Peptides and received Creatine Monohydrate — you are entitled to a full refund. If you still wish to receive the correct product, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
3. How to Raise a Claim
If your situation falls under either exception above, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
To raise a claim:
- Email us at support@myalmune.com with the subject: "Claim — Order #[your order number]"
- Attach clear photographs of the product, the seal, and the outer packaging as delivered.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
- If your claim is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Online payments (UPI, card, net banking): Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via NEFT bank transfer within 5–7 business days. We will contact you for your bank details.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
5. No Cancellations
All orders are final at the point of purchase. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances, including requests made immediately after placing an order. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
