Once a product has been opened, we're not able to accept it back — the same hygiene and safety standard that protects you before your first scoop is what stops us from reselling or exchanging it afterward.

What we'll always make right: if your order arrives with a broken or tampered seal, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll issue a full refund — no back-and-forth. Since our products are consumed daily rather than trialed, we're not able to offer returns for change of mind or personal results, but every batch we ship is backed by the lab reports on each product page, so you know exactly what you're getting before you order.
